Short CV:
I am employed as a full professor at
the Corvinus University of Budapest, Business Administration Faculty, serving
as the head of the Department of Economic Management, Financial and Fiscal
Law. Also, I am a Research Fellow at the
Taxation Law and Policy Research Institute, Monash University, Melbourne. I teach and do research inside and outside
Hungary in the subject of comparative and international business law and
taxation. Since more than two decades I
have been extensively publishing both in Hungarian and internationally
recognised professional periodicals. I
am also frequently invited to speak at conferences or seminars in Hungary and
abroad. Since 1998 I am the president of
the Hungarian national branch of International Fiscal Association. In addition to be active as a scholar, from
time to time I am also invited by Hungarian or European public agencies --
including the Hungarian Finance Ministry, the Ministry of Justice, and TAXUD
and the Internal Market DG of the European Commission -- to do expert opinion,
while being expected to promote Hungarian and Community legislation.
